How to correct your information, or ask us to remove it.
Every Program is a free information service for students from any country. We check and update current information for every programme, and every value links to your official source. We are independent. You do not pay to be listed and you cannot buy a better position.
Correct your information
Write to hello@everyprogram.com from your institution's address, or use the “Report an error” link next to any value. Tell us the page, what is wrong and where the correct information is published.
- We compare your report with the official source and correct the value if it is wrong.
- We aim to check reports about fees, deadlines and requirements within 2 working days, and other reports within 10.
- Corrections appear in our public corrections log.
Ask us to stop and remove your information
Write to legal@everyprogram.com with the name of the institution and what you are asking for.
- We confirm the request. An email from your institution's domain is enough. Otherwise we ask for other real evidence that you speak for the institution.
- We stop checking your website and remove your information from the site. We aim to do this within one working day of confirmation.
- Your pages change. They show “Information removed at the institution's request” and offer students alternatives, such as similar programmes elsewhere.
- We keep our internal records, unpublished, so that we can show what we did. Personal data is the exception: we delete it on request (see the Privacy policy).
If you change your mind later, write to us and we can restore your pages.
Emails from us
We sometimes write to institutions from hello@everyprogram.com to ask for facts such as fees or deadlines. These emails are prepared and sent with the help of AI, and the Every Program team is responsible for them. To stop them, reply “stop” and we will not write again. This only stops the emails. If you also want your information removed, follow the steps above.
