About this programme
Innovation, Product & Engineering Management pairs product design with engineering and business. Early semesters cover Industrial Design I, Mechanics I and II, Electrical Engineering I and Product Development I, next to Marketing I and Market Research. Year two adds Project Management, Business Administration II and Interdisciplinary Practical Projects, and year three returns to Industrial Design III and Product Development II. Semester 6 combines the bachelor's thesis, internship and bachelor's exam at 30 ECTS.
The Bachelor of Science in Engineering takes 6 semesters on the Wels campus, in English and full-time, with Mondays free and regular online courses. The internship lasts at least 10 weeks, in Austria or abroad, and a semester or internship abroad is actively supported. Entry requires a university entrance qualification and English at B2, followed by a counselling and admission interview. Applicants who need a visa to enter Austria apply by 31 May 2027, and others by 30 June 2027.
