A 4-year bachelor's programme, taught in English, in The Hague.
The first year splits each legal field into a knowledge module and a practice and skills module: EU Law, International Law, Private Law 1 and Private Law 2, each with the pair. Introduction to Law and Global Awareness and Professional Development come alongside, and Commercial Law begins in year two. Later years add Research Lab, four elective modules or minors, and a semester abroad option in year three.
The four-year, full-time bachelor totals 240 ECTS credits and is taught in English on the Hague campus. Year four centres on an internship of at least 100 working days and a graduation project. A weekly timetable has 13.5 hours of lectures, 1.5 of projects and 25 of independent study. Applicants need an upper-secondary qualification comparable to Dutch HAVO, VWO or MBO level 4, and English proof such as IELTS Academic 6.0. Teaching starts every September.
