A 3-year bachelor's programme, taught in English, in Prague.
Each of the three years has its own theme: foundations of psychological science, then individual differences, relationships and mental health, then applied psychology, practice and research. Year one includes Statistics I, Neurophysiology, Evolutionary Psychology and Developmental Psychology I, and Physiological Psychology and a field excursion follow in year two. Students must complete an internship under qualified psychologists who have five or more years in practice, and the degree closes with a State Examination that covers defending a bachelor's thesis.
The programme sits in the Faculty of Arts, runs 3 years full time, carries 180 ECTS and is taught in English. Applicants need completed secondary education and proof of English at B2, and selection is by portfolio, including an English motivation letter of up to 650 words. In the previous academic year, 61 of 128 applicants were admitted. Applications close on 31 January 2027 for the October 2027 intake, and tuition for 2027/28 is 250,000 CZK per year, plus a 60 EUR application fee.
