Business basics (marketing, process management, law and ethics, finance, accounting, research) plus one elective; Honours Programme application possible.
Projects on international market expansion, cultural collaboration and organisational change; in semester 4 choose a profile: International Business Manager or Human Resources Generalist.
- Year 3
Minor and internship at an international company in either order; at least one semester (30 ECTS) abroad is compulsory over the programme.
Free-choice electives plus a six-month internship, in either order and in any country.
- Year 4
Semester 7: business proposals, ethics and a focus area (Marketing and Sales, Finance and Accounting, Business Processes); final semester graduation internship with research.
Six-month internship and a bachelor thesis on a real international business challenge.
